Meet John Heater, a Christ-centered servant leader with more than 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership. Alongside his professional work, John has faithfully served in a variety of roles within his local church and brings a deep heart for ministry and people.
John will begin serving in a dual role as Regional Director of Board and Donor Advancement, providing leadership and support to the SEC region. He will also continue supporting the Northwest Kentucky Metro Area ministries, helping ensure continuity, strength, and alignment. With extensive experience in donor and board development, John is passionate about cultivating strong donor relationships and building engaged, effective boards. He is excited to extend his gifts and talents through the impactful ministry of FCA.
